Function description

Main Responsibilities:

Responsable for project setup/give guidance and recommendations to other client stakeholders regarding suitable research method
Ensure quality of work flow and final project delivery

Responsable for own client stock regarding budget and satisfaction (sales according to predefined targets, development of client relations according to predefined plan, ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Involve in sales independently or in cooperation with Client Development/ Account Director

Supporting in global development and roll out of pricing methodology

Contribute to innovation (e.g. VR&conjoint)

Main Work Tasks:

Handle sales meetings; independently or together with Client Development

Write proposals and discuss research setup with client, or as support for Client Service

Keep regular contact with appointed clients

If needed (difficult/important clients): Project management: regular client contact, development of questionnaire, ensure programmed link matches approved questionnaire

If other Project Manager: Do regular checkups with the Project Manager to support and ensure quality of project delivery (eg. questionnaire and report matches client’s research requirements)

Analysis and reporting (difficult/important projects)

Presentation & discussion of results

Support and contribute to professional development of Insight Analysts & Insight Consultants; terms of analysis and reporting with focus on increased client satisfaction and ”story building”

Meet profitability targets on sold projects

Function criteria

  • Extensive experience in market research in general and in the field of conjoint/pricing research in particular
  • Proven knowledge of analytics innovation and proficient in excel, powerpoint and SPSS
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English both written and verbal
  • International team player
  • Master degree in the areas of Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Market Research, Marketing, Behavioral Science
