Accountmanager (relatiebeheer) voor internationale speler in emailmarketing

This company, leader in “on-demand” software for email marketing automation, is looking for an Account Manager to join the successful Client Services/Production team in its Amsterdam Office. The role will involve managing the commercial and production email marketing relationship with a range of clients.

• Commercial and relationship management with portfolio of clients.
• New business development from client base.
• Revenue forecasting and maximisation from client base.
• 1st level support and email best practice advice to self-service clients.
• Email campaign production management for full service clients.

What you would bring to the party:

• You will be able to identify new business opportunities and generate additional revenue streams from your existing client portfolio.
• You will be an excellent team player and be able to communicate/co-ordinate with clients and internal departments.
• An understanding of email marketing, supplier/client relationships and the desire to learn new skills quickly in a fast moving environment are also important.
• At least 24 months experience in either email marketing, mobile marketing or in a marketing/new media agency
• Commercial competence with good sales and service skills
• Ability to carry out high level presentations to our customers
• Knowledge of CRM and e-marketing strategies
• Understanding of HTML coding, Database Management and Email marketing technicalities would be advantageous
• An insight into email marketing best practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management & organisation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
