Marketing Manager

Kema Quality B.V.  is an international company that supplies services for the electrical and electrical engineering markets. Our client is an independent partner that is highly regarded throughout the world due to their high-quality risk management, testing, inspections, auditing and certification of products. The Business Development & Marketing team supports their offices throughout the world from its base in Arnhem. Within this team, our client is looking for an enthusiastic new colleague to support the Business Line Products – product testing and certification in various European countries as well as China.

You are responsible for mapping out and analyzing market developments and requirements in the market of international manufacturers for industrial and consumer products as well as the retail sector. Using this knowledge, you develop the services portfolio and new value propositions on a strategic level and implement these to the specific businesses in the European countries and Asia.You are a driver of the Product marketing policy, a key player of the involved locations and you work – from headquarters Arnhem - in close cooperation with the management team.

* An academic level, preferably educated in Business Administration, specialized in (Business-to-Business) Marketing.
* You have 5 to 10 years of experience in a marketing/business development position in an international business-to-business environment.
* Sales experience is welcome but be aware this is expressly not a sales job.
* You are creative, innovative, used to thinking ‘out of the box’ and you have strong analytical skills.
* You are a team player with good organizational skills and excellent language and communication skills in Dutch, German and English.
* You are willing to spend part of your time (+ 25%) travelling (Europe Asia).
