Itır Volkan is an experienced Executive Search Partner with over 20 years in senior-level recruitment, specializing in connecting high-impact leaders with fast-growing tech, high-tech, energy, FMCG & retail, and healthcare companies. Her track record spans Europe, the UK, APAC, and the Middle East, with deep knowledge of the Berlin, Warsaw, Istanbul and London markets.
Having previously lived in Dubai, Itır brings valuable insight into the Gulf region’s business culture and international talent flows. She has worked with both venture-backed scale-ups and established corporates, leading cross-border assignments for C-level and senior leadership roles including CEO, COO, CTO, and other mission-critical positions in growth and transformation environments.
Before joining here, Itır served as Talent Acquisition Senior Manager at Digital Turbine, a global AdTech leader, where she led recruitment across EMEA, UK, and APAC for technology, revenue, and corporate functions, while building employer branding strategies in competitive markets. Earlier in her career, she delivered c-level search assignments across multiple sectors for both family-owned and multinational companies Turkiye, and the Middle East.

Itır is passionate about Ashtanga yoga, electronic music, and the arts. A devoted lover of the sea, she finds peace and energy by spending time at the beach or by the water after work, often in the company of her family and friends. She enjoys coaching, reading on human behavior and leadership. Her life is also happily shared with her 10-year-old son, a 2-year-old Tibetan Terrier “son,” and a 4-year-old British Longhair “daughter.” She enjoys exploring creative spaces, discovering new cultural experiences, and engaging with people who share her curiosity for the world.
