How does Jopportunity work?
The right candidate usually finds us by means of "mouth-to-mouth", recommendation or Executive Search (Headhunting). Naturally, we source within our network and place an add on our own website (avg. 500+ unique visitors a day). If you wish, we can also advertize on national jobboards. We can also advertize in your own "look-and-feel".
Our methods of search and selection are different from the average recruitment agency. During interviews with candidates, that usually take longer than 2 hours, we create a safe environment that makes it possible for us to confront the applicant with a clear objective:
Get to know who the candidate is and what makes him or her "tick".
We pay extra attention to authenticity, are allergic to socially correct behaviour and build a strong commitment with the applicant in order to be able to build a long-term relationship.
